The New Jersey Devils are a competent ice hockey team that is located in East Rutherford, New Jersey. They belong to the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). The New Jersey Devils have been the winner of the Stanley Cup thrice, once in 1995, the second time in 2000, and again in 2003. The New Jersey Devils club was founded in Kansas City, Missouri in 1974. Then it moved to Denver, Colorado after two seasons. At last it settled in New Jersey in 1982. Under the supervision of the present general manager Lou Lamoriello, the New Jersey Devils have made the playoffs in 17 out of 19 seasons.
