Blue World Pool is beneficial for your body, soul and mind

After months of stress filled work and meeting unrealistic deadlines, I was ready to quit and completely cut myself off from the crazy corporate world. It was then that a friend of mine suggested meditation to calm my mind and heal my body and soul. I took her advice and even enrolled myself with a meditation center. However I could not last for more than two weeks. Sitting quietly at one place while I concentrate on my breath is simply not my cup of tea. I need to be on the move to feel alive and so I started looking around for a more physical activity that would have the same calming effect on me. I discovered swimming and it was like touching base with your self through one of the most relaxing and energizing activities ever.
