Gyms Who Needs Them!

Do you need to join a gym for best results? You hear it all the time from people and magazines and such (that to get the best results you should join a gym!) some of the advantages to going to a gym are: 1) There's more variety of equipment. 2) there's people there with the same or similar goals as you. 3) It's a social thing, you get to meet new people and make friends. 4) If you sign up for a membership then your more likley to keep it up,or you'll have wasted your money. I'm sure there's even more reasons than the few i've written here, but even with all that i personally would'nt step foot in a gym! Why?
